fascinate display never sleep when charging

when I first got my phone number setting it up id ask me if I wanted to set it so that the screen would never sleep well charging. I said it so that it would but now I want to change that. don't seem to see any options in the settings under display or anywhere else. does anyone have any ideas please help thank you

Check under applications and then development. That's where it is on my d2.
