Fastboot Reason: Flash failure

I'm not sure what I did, but every time I power my razr maxx hd 9.16.9 on, it boots into fastboot and I get this message. I'm rooted and unlocked and have tried and tried to flash utilities and utility 1.21, recovery flasher V6, fix unlock bootloader warning and nothing flashes.... I can boot past this through stock recovery, but it's a pain to be stuck. Is there any hope for me, shy of a system wipe?

Nothing Flashes? Do you have the correct drivers installed? Have you tried a different USB port? And what are the errors when trying to flash anything?

When using Matt's Utility, its recommended to wipe.

I tried a different USP port and that solved the problem. Thank you for your help....that was easy.:biggrin:
