I've noticed that every rom behaves this way, including stock...
Try to rotate your screen...pause about 0.5 seconds...and lock the screen. Unlock.
You'll see a landscape lockscrern that quickly attempts to revert back to portrait.

Is there any to actually unlock this feature? I know its pointless...
but the fact that it exists but has no function has always annoyed me.

Not sure about the issue, but liking the wallpaper you have,it's beautiful. I haven't noticed this problem though. I'm trying to reproduce it now..

DX doesn't have a landscape lockscreen.
Not something you'll experience.
