Features in Liberty Toolbox missing from ROM Toolbox?

Hello all,
There are 2 features I'm looking for in the new ROM Toolbox, that I swore were in the original Liberty Toolbox..

1: Change text in the notification bar. I could have sworn this was a feature in this app.

2: Turn off camera shutter sound. I looked up how to do it manually, but didn't this used to be a feature?

Any help, primarily with the first question, would be appreciated.

For that matter, where are the reboot options?

Or the Blur vs AOSP install options. Really wanted that, was going to unblur the other day, now I can't.
