Fennec Pre-Alpha Beats Stock Browser in BrowserMark Benchmark

I did a browser benchmark comparison between the stock webkit Browser, Skyfire, Opera Mini beta, and Fennec pre-alpha. The benchmark can be run at BrowserMark

My Droid is running CyanogenMod 5.0.6.2 and clocked at 1.2 ghz

And just for comparison, Google Chrome running on my desktop:

Opera Mini wouldn't start, and Skyfire couldn't finish the test.

So I just gave that pre-alpha release of Fennec out, I can't wait! It's gonna blow everything else out.

What won't work? If it's Fennec, then you can't run it from an SD-Card. Have to move it back into internal memory.

If you read Mozilla's website it says it is pre-alpha and it won't work on the SD card... It must be installed on internal memory... they don't give the reason why but just say it has to be internal... its fennec...

Hmm got 32140 on stock browser.

Still can't wait for for fennec though, I just love firefox, and having it on my phone will be awesome.

This was before 2.2. The 2.2 browser has increased in performance tremendously.
