Long time Motorola user (i680 and a1000). Forced to the Crackberry world due to work (can't say 'no' to free corporate phones!). After using a Blackberry 8830we then the Tour... I was given a used Motorola Droid a couple of weeks ago. I instantly fell in love.
Initially, I wanted the Incredible but this phone is just as incredible. After getting 2.1 root, it opened my world. Wifi tether, apps, games... made my own boot animation, google navi, skype calls... never going back. Mind = blown. I'm a huge tinkerer and this phone just wants to be tinkered.
I must say thank you for this wonderful and thriving community. This board has pushed me in the right direction regarding apps and 2.1 root. Keep up the great work. dancedroid:heart::greendroid:
