First Post - manual editing documents tablet

Here is what I want, I want to move text, pdf or word files to a tablet, then be able to use a stylus to markup (not edit) that document by hand, like I would with a paper document. What are the tablets and/or apps that would allow that, especially that Maylong one from Walgreens?
