Fix for "Download Failed" error for 2.3.4 DInc2 Update

If you are receiving a download failed error for the most recent 2.3.4 (Sept 2011) update, then follow the directions in this link: Android Market: “Download unsuccessful” Error Fix | Technipages

It worked perfectly fine for me!

P.S. I know the link id for the Market, but it will work for OTA Updates as well.
