flash enable/disable?

Is there any way to keep flash 10.1 installed and be able to disable/enable it at will? It would be nice to be able to speed through websites again if I know I won't be needing flash capabilities. Id still like to have it though for when I need it. Any suggestions?

In the stock browser, hit menu > more > settings > enable plugins > on demand. Dolphin HD seemed to set that on its own for me (or at least, flash has always been on demand for me) and for all other browsers, I'd imagine its in the settings somewhere.
