Flash Issue??

Some websites saying I need to download flash or update it even though it is up to date and fully installed? Any info is appreciated..

So my fix for the problem is to use another browser seems to only accur using the stock browser. So for example (opera, dolphin and also skyfire) all work. I prefer opera.
