Ok, I wiped data/cache/dalvik 2x before flashing the ROM, then 2x after flashing it. After booting up, I added my gmail account, let it sync, then waited a little while for it to restore my apps...but none are being restored. Anyone have ideas? I've went through the whole process three times, I even downloaded the ROM file again just in case if there was something wrong with the first download, but the same thing is happening.

Mine has never worked. I just sync everything with AppBrain & then do a FastInstall once I install a new ROM.

I had some trouble with market apps restoring also. I restored all my user apps with titanium backup pro then cleared data on the market app with titanium (clear data on market was grayed out in setting-applications) after that, the apps that were restored should appear in your "my apps" section in the market.

Yeah I got complacent and forgot to TB my files on .596. So flashing back to .596, running TB and then flashing Apex again. Ah the fun of running roms. LOL

BTW, I got the answer for this on droidxforums, I just ended up buying TB, backing up everything, and doing a batch restore. Apparently AOSP rom's (or at least most) don't do the market restore function. :(

how are you suppose to get updates then if no apps show up in "my apps" in market? I guess you could re-download all of them manually but that would suck alot

I actually had this problem too. All I did was make sure my google account was syncing with my phone, and then I proceeded to force close Market are clear it's cache. Upon reopening, all of my apps showed up. Try it.

Swyped from my Droid X.

For what it's worth: I finally got all my apps back on market. I fc'd and cleared data thru TB which had no effect immediately. Two days later I checked market and all my apps were there.

DX on Apex
