Flashing backup

Can i jus boot into clockwork n flash my backup to get back to froyo or do i have to do something before i flash it? Im on gingerbread now.

Pretty sure that after the GB leak, you need to SBF. I could be wrong, though.

Did you go into the bootloader before you run rsd lite? Also if using windows 7, right click on rsd lite and run as administrator
