Flashing Verizon Galaxy Nexus to page Plus

I have unlocked and rooted my Galaxy Nexus following WugFresh instructions. It work perfectly.

I did this so I could switch from the Verizon Network to Page Plus.

In porting I have come to find out that I need to further program the phone (Flash to page Plus).

When I use *22890 or *228 I get 'Call not sent'.

Looking for more information on how to flash my Verizon galaxy Nexus to Page Plus.
