Verizon is replacing my TB which has a broker ear plug jack, I am receiving the replacement unit today via FedEx. My questions are.
1. did you reeive new units or factory serviced units as replacements?
2. Do I just swap out the SD card and sim card and then the phone should work?
3. How do you get the e-mail on the old phone to come over to the new phone?
