Force close and ringtones

My wife and I both got Droids a couple days ago. She is having a lot of force closes. And when she sets a custom ringtone that was downloaded with mobilo and set with ringdroid the phone only vibrates and won't play the ringtone. And yes the ringer volume is up LOL. I am not any help with technical issues and would appreciate any help.

And yours doesn't do that? Maybe you 2 should compare settings. I'm thinking she inadvertently changed something that you didn't. you do know there's different settings for media, ringers, alerts, etc. right? Try downloading Audio Manager Console from the market. that will tell her exactly what is what. Hope this helps
