Force usb sharing from pc ? (broken phone screen)

As the title says, I had an unfortunate meeting with the pavement that cracked my incredible's screen and damaged the LCD to where it makes no picture now.the phone still turns on fine and seems to respond to some touch controls,but I haven't been able to access the internal storage via USB on my PC. Is there a way to force the phone into USB mode remotely like that? It is rooted and using the latest release build of cyanogenmod.

Thanks for any help you can offer. If I can't access the internal storage,I'd like to format it at least so it doesn't have my account information stored on it anymore.
