Forcing music output via Bluetooth to non-compliant device?

I have an old motorcycle intercom system that works fine (after pairing) over Bluetooth when in the "phone" mode but for the life of me I can't get music or navigation voice instructions to stream to the unit.

I'm sure it's the age of the system and it's not being ADP2 compliant, but I can't afford a newer intercom that is. I'm hoping there is something I on can do on the GN side to force the issue, I don't care if I can't control the volume, fast forward or skip etc. from the phone, not a big deal but anything would be better than making a cable connection from the headphone jack to the motorcycle intercom unit, which does work by the way. Needless to say whenever I take off the helmet I forget to unplug the cable to the phone:mad:

Thanks
