Formatted sd card now market doesn't work, Help

Backed up my whole sd card, formatted and then transfered stuff back, not everything but I didn't think anything on sd card was required for market.

Now anytime I go to the market it says "a server error has occurred retry or cancel". If i am ever able to get to my downloads page it FC's.

Don't know what I did different as I've formatted my sd card a few times.

Ideas?

I see you are are rooted and have froyo which has app2SD. I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

Thanks but it doesn't as I have apps2sd disabled.

But I got it working. It's strange, i put about 3 more folders onto my sd card and now it works. Think they were cache folders from old sd card.

Thought it was wierd but I guess something on sd card has to be there for market to work
