Is anyone having problems getting foxfi to work on the droid encredible 4. Even though it says the device is connect it the device wont pull up the internet. Any suggestions.

HTC blocks foxfi from being used. You have to tether.

 

[ALDO101T]

you have to install the add-on and set proxy settings on your computer, works fine for me.
