Freeze ota

I have a rooted stock with titanium back up but I don't have a recovery installed yet (I will in five hours) I want to freeze the ota. Should/can I freeze the following highlighted app? I think that's the ota
I'm just worried that the LG UI is just like Samsung 's UI where you can't freeze the manufacturer's stuff.
Anyone know?

Well, actually it was my phone that finally realized that it was behind... I was on the "B" update them downgraded, so.
