Froyo Help Urgent please!

Ok my sister has the incredible and she accepted the OVA update to 2.2 :| and I want to root it for her now

Is there a way to root it?
I looked around but didnt see much.

I could downgrade her and then put a custom 2.2 rom onthere for her...
Please let me know

This is what you need. After you run this code, get unrevoked3 and unrevoked-forever. Do NOT flash the 2.2 update.zip or the OTA until the unrevoked teak specifically say that they have a root for 2.2 and incredible. I lost root after doing this method and flashing the 2.2 update.zip from Google. Everything worked well before that. So, do not flash anything official.
