Frozen Email

i am stuck in the email setup screen and it wont let me back out of it. i can go to the home screen but then when i hit my email button it wants a new email account setup and i already have my exchange working but it wont take me to my inbox any ideas?

I'm not quite understanding. Is it Gmail requesting an email set up or email?

Have you tried simply restarting your phone to see if that stops it?

Yes i tried rebooting the phone by pulling the battery, it was set up with company exchange and was working fine then it just dissapeared and was gone. when i would click the mail icon it then was going strait to mail setup. i eventually had to re setup the echange account but woundering if anyone knows why this happened. i just purchased 20 of these thing for our company so i am hoping this is not going to continue to happen on all phones. that would SUCK.
