Frozen os update

Hello there, I currently have the driod razr maxx. I rooted my phone, froze the updater and then forgot about it and unrooted my phone. Now i can't seem to update my phone or re-root it so that i can unfreeze it. I'ts running on vs 2.3.6. Any suggestions on how I can update my phone? Thanks!

Go here and download the utility. You can re-install Jelly Bean and root from there.
