Ello all. I've had my Eris (Yeah yeah, go ahead and snicker) for a few months now. I wanted a touch phone, and gave the Rogue (Samsung) a shot, but the bulkiness and the amount of pressure I to put on the screen really got me annoyed to the point where I HAD to upgrade again. lol.
Enter the Eris.
So far, not that bad at all. lol
I've dropped it a few times and of course, we all know how that moment of realization of what just happened seems to make time stand still for that split second of wondering (especially when you see the battery case go one direction and the battery go another).
Lucky? Yes. lol.
Oh, I'm pretty much a blank slate as far as knowing how to do any "real" customization to the Droid, however, I hope that once I get the DIY app toolkit, that learning curve will get a bit friendlier.
Remember, all you pros and vets were once exactly where I am at one point lol.
