Full blur on liberty?

Hi all, I'm new to the d2 and even newer to the new rom applying system. I really liked the new blur, so could I get full blur on this rom? I mean like the widgets, the messaging app with universal inbox, the contacts with social networking integration, etc.

you need to check out apex and you can have as much or little blur that you want
liberty has no blur

Well.....i did but I couldn't figure out how to access the apex toolbox. Maybe ill ask around that forum.
