My internal disk/memory is filling up because of all the games I am downloading, while my SD card is almost empty. What gets stored on the SD card by default - music, pictures? I couldn't verify where my pictures are stored but I thought if I could move them to the SD card I might squeak out a few more MB. Anything else I can do to get more space on a non-rooted droid?

Everything goes on your SD card except the application binaries. Download one of the many file managers from the marketplace (ES File Manager and Astro are my personal favorites) and have a look around. There's lots of stuff to play with! Also, your camera stores all its pictures there (in /sdcard/DCIM/camera), so if you have a lot of pictures, plug your droid into a computer and move them off.
