Full screen camera and you tube

how do I get the camera to shoot full screen and the YouTube to get full screen love the liberty Rome but miss that these two do not go full screen anymore if anyone could help please do. I know it may be a stupid question but I can't figure it out.

I don't know about the camera, I dontthink u can with the also camera. I may be wrong tho. But on the YouTube app u just turn ur phone sideways when the video plays and it goes full screen
