A little humor for your day: I was checking out how the Droid 3 is faring on eBay, and found an amusing ad. Everything looked good, and then I decided to read the "fine print":
Motorola DROID 3 - 16GB - Black (Verizon) Smartphone (723755000186) | eBay

I highlighted the part I found unexpectedly. It's interesting that the important fact that it was DROPPED IN WATER is mentioned somewhat offhand, after describing a small scratch.**PHONE HISTORY**
I used this phone for under five months. There is one tiny surface damage on the outside of the phone (it is smaller than a centimeter and is hardly noticeable). It does not affect the functionality or practicality of the phone whatsoever. I recently dropped it in water and immediately dried it off and turned the phone off. I put it in a box of rice for days and days, and lo and behold the phone works 100% perfectly! I had already ordered another phone, so I decided to sell this phone because it would benefit someone who does not have insurance on their phone (full retail price for this phone is $479.99). As you can see in the picture, the battery's water-indicator has been activated, which proves it really was touched by water. However, after several tests, I assure you that this phone is fully functional. I absolutely love this phone!
