G2 in trouble, computer does not recognize and only boots to TWRP

I accidentally did something last night that did a factory reset, I was messing around in TWRP and I found some folder or option and it offered to install a root on my phone, but my phone is already rooted, when I hit "do not install" it went to the LG boot animation and stayed there. I tried getting into TWRP for about 15 minutes then I put down my phone and let the battery run out. When I plugged it in this morning and let it charge, I booted it right into recovery. I went to my backups of my g2 and there were none. So it has wiped my operating system and all my backups. I tried plugging it into my computer to download AOKP again and my computer doesn't recognize a device is plugged in which makes downloading the files difficult. Any help is appreciated.

Sorry about the phone. My G2 runs stock on AT&T, I don't know much of rooted phones. If you can't find help here go to XDA Developers forum's. I hope that your phone comes back to life.
