Hello,
Another question I have about my piece of $#!% Samsung I have picked up is why does it continue to shut itself off in the middle of usage for no reason. It has done this
since I got it out of the box. I noticed the problem 3 days after I got the phone, and about a week after that I dropped the phone. Not very high off the ground, no damage
to screen. just a scrape. A week or so after that I called Samsung about it and they said it will not be covered under the warranty because I dropped it. It will do this on a dead battery, a full battery, a half battery, or any battery level in between. This would indicate to me that it is not a battery issue. I have not disassebled the phone (yet).
But if Samsung refuses to fix it on warranty thats what I am going to do.
I am simply wondering if there is any specific issue that may be happening that I can change or fix without having to replace the phone or attempt a warranty fight with
Samsung?
