Samsung's Galaxy Nexus is once again "In Stock" in the Play Store. Previously, Google suffered a major blow when Apple was awarded a preliminary injunction against the device, effectively halting sales in the U.S. The ban was temporarily lifted and Google's Play Store started offering the device with an expected delivery of 1-2 weeks. Now it seems that the device is finally back in stock and now has an expected delivery of 3-5 days. Grab it while you can, since Apple's response to Samsung's motion to stay the ban is due later today. You can grab Samsung's unlocked and contract free Galaxy Nexus on the play market here for $349.00.
