I own the Samsung-SGH-1747. Previously using Windows 8, Microsoft Office 2010, and Kies my PC and phone synced perfectly. I recently purchased the Microsoft Office 365 subscription. Since that time my email function is intact but I cannot sync either contacts or calendar. About this time I also switched from a POP3 to an IMAP account. I thought that might be the problem but reverting to the POP3 did not solve the problem. Is this a compatibility problem between Kies and Office 365 or is there another explanation and hopefully a fix. Samsung support though courteous was unaware of the existence of Office 2013 or Office 365.
