Galaxy s6 front camera lag

Hello.
So recently i bought samsung galaxy s6. My first android and Samsung phone!

Issue i am facing is that front camera is not as smooth as iphones front cam , it lags by lag i mean when you move your camera around it feels laggy not very smooth specially in low light it lags frame rate drops to teens.

But wierd thing is camera works fine in video mode or if i add any effects it becomes smooth .

Guys am worried . Is it my phone fault or it was supposed to be like that?

Welcome to DroidForums, techno22. I have not heard of there being any front camera lag on the Samsung's. I wonder if it could be related to an auto focus feature taking time to focus. You could try a different camera app from the play store. Does that app still have the same lag?
