Gallery problems after update

Konichiwa,

My Droid (Kaito I call him) is having a problem after the update. Origanlly the gallery short cut had been placed on the main screen, but after the update when I try to click on it, its says this;

"Application is not installed on your phone."

I can still get to my gallery. I had to put it on the left hand screen but its still a problem for me.

Please tell me whats wrong and if my problem is fixed how do I get the gallery off my left hand screen. I don't need two short cuts on my screens.
