For all you mobile gamers out there, here's an interesting find from the guys at droidgamers.com. Gameloft is developing their hit mobile game, Brother's in Arms 2: Global Front HD for the Android. Original this game was only available for the iOS. This US $4.99 game looks pretty amazing for a mobile app, especially if you like 3d shooters. Here's a list of phones that support the game:
 • HTC Desire HD
 • HTC Desire Z
 • HTC My Touch 4G
 • HTC Scorpion
 • Motorola Droid 2
 • Motorola Defy
 • Motorola Droid X
 • Motorola Milestone
 • Samsung Galaxy S
 • Samsung Atlas
 • Samsung Vibrant
 • Samsung 4G
Furthermore, there appears to be "rumint" that Gameloft may also be developing Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus HD for the Android. Both of these games offer multiplayer support. Cool stuff!

I wonder if it will work on the motorola droid if you've got a custom rom runnin. Or maybe its just the graphics card and not the processor..

Looks pretty tight... Any idea on a release date as of yet?

It SHOULD work on the Motorola Droid no matter what, as the Milestone is listed as compatible and is identical to the Droid aside from the fact that the Milestone is still on 2.1 as opposed to the Droid being on 2.2

They probably just found it redundant to list the Milestone and the Droid.

HTC Scorpion? I haven't heard about this since like june!

Im sorry but not very impressed not for the money. I guess we will have to wait until dualcore to get games that look as great as the iphone. Im sorry but the SGS line and desire hd have about as much gpu muscle if not more than the iphone we should see the unreal engine already. Gaming on android has a long way to go

If you buy a cell phone for high-tech gaming, you're doing it wrong.

Are you serious if im going to spend 5 bucks on a game do I want my game to have ps1 quality graphics or near pc. Better yet when choosing a platform you wouldn't take that into account. Seriously

Better yet look at this video and tell me if you would spend 5 bucks on this or that

Not impressed for the money? You mean a WHOLE 5 bucks??????? Oh noes!

I'm not sure how this game fails to impress you, have you even played it?

Not a good question, because the 2 games aren't even remotely comparable. My 5 bucks would go to BIA2 simply because i'm not into the Infinity Blade type of games. This is irregardless of platform. I've been looking for a war FPS aside from Sandstorm for awhile, and BIA2 fits the bill.

I'm strictly speaking on graphics would rather have a fps also but even with that these games aren't comparable as you said one looks like it has ps1 graphics these phones can do so much more. that's the reason I wont spend 5 bucks on it I've played sandstorm and I dont think it was worth the price. Call me cheap but an app has to be great for me to spend 5 bucks on it
