GDE Theme/lock issues

I downloaded the GDE Theme on my moto droid. Ever since I downloaded this I can't get my phone's screen to timeout and I can't lock the screen. I set the pattern lock and now it won't lock. I uninstalled the GDE theme and now my phone will lock but I feel like the phone is boring and back to it's original theme.

Any suggestions?
