Generic Network Failure

I'm getting "Generic network failure" message when I send a text. They are being received, but still I'm getting this message. Why?

I know someone is getting that same error. A "message not sent. Click to review message" yet they can't review them.

Weird thing is, the recepient is getting the message.

What OS build are you using ????
