True, but not in 64GB, in any variety...the 64GB is a Verizon "Exclusive". So $100 for trading in an old smartphone direct to Verizon (I traded a ragged D2), or $100/$150 gift card with Best Buy and no trade. The choice is Best Buy if you're going 32GB, but your only choice is Verizon if you're needing 64GB.

P.S. Gotta admit, I like the Ballistic Nylon in Blue better than in Black, but whatever.
