A stand out feature on Pixel devices is Google Lens. This feature uses Google's machine learning technology to scan images and bring up information that is relevant. There have been many foiled attempts to get Lens working on non Google devices. We now have a new method to make this happen. The method does require you to be rooted. This will trick the Google Photos app into thinking the phone you are using is a Google Pixel 2. You will essentially be adding a directory from the Pixel 2 to the system of your phone. There is a full step by step guide on how to make this work at the link below. If you have always wanted to give Lens a try now is your chance. You will probably want to jump on this before Google shuts this method down.
