Today Google has officially released Android 4.4.3 in the form of factory images for the Nexus 5, Nexus 4, Nexus 7, and Nexus 10. You will need to be pretty familiar with ADB if you want to flash these factory images. There should be some OTA files available for flashing via Recovery very soon. There are several changes that come along with the 4.4.3 update including a fix for the frequent data connection drop, various camera fixes, power manager display wake lock fix, bluetooth fixes, fix for random reboots, app shortcuts missing from homescreen fix, usb debugging security fix, app shortcuts security fix, Wi-Fi auto connect fix, mms/email-exchange/calendar/people/dialer/contacts fixes, stuck in activation screen fix, missed call LED fix, subtitile fixes, data usage graph fix, internet telephony fix, FCC compliance fix, and other fixes.
