Getting error as I try to download update...

Hey there, when I try installing the update, I'm greeted with an error midway through, and it resets


I tried installing it on wifi, and plugged into a charger, and still nothing.


I should note that the phone is rooted, though.

Rooted strictly stock? Are you running a recovery? What carrier?

If you are rooted and installed SafeStrap ...Verizon phone ..the update will fail...

If you have any apps deleted or frozen that could also cause the issue...
