gingerbread help?

I downloaded gingerbread and it ruined my phone. All it shows it a black screen with a red and white M on it. We've tried resetting it and everything. Is there anything I can do? It's been like this for ten hours now!

You'll have to sbf. Or you can take it to Verizon if the phone was stock and get another one.

What does sbf mean?

Sbf files are the proprietary reprogramming files from moto. They reset the phone to like it was out of the box.
