With the release of 2.2 on other model fascinates..just getting that put first through verizon is a priority, until then we shouldn't talk about gingerbread lovin.. I do know the rumors of gingerbread getting pushed out before froyo is just crazy talk right now.

It is doubtful that Verizon will push Gingerbread before a Froyo update is completed. I am not quite certain what is taking Verizon so long, but as I said in the other thread, this is clearly a Verizon issues when the other Galaxy S devices are enjoying their Froyo goodness.
