Gmail and sending w/attachments

Everytime I try to send an e-mail through G-mail, that has a couple attachments from my gallery, it fails to send. The only way I can get it to work is by clearing the data in Gmail through "manage applications" and then retrying. What is the problem here? I have sync on the whole time.

Not sure why you have the issues, but I recommend using K-9 instead of the stock gmail app. Much better with more features.
