Gmail forwarding

Okay, this one should be easy but I can't seem to find it. My Gmail suncs to the phone just great but how can I forward an e-mail from my phone? For the life of me I can't seem to find a menu with Forward on it. I can copy the text and Compose a new e-mail but there has to be a way to just forward the e-mails like you would from the pc.

Darn, knew it had to be easy!! I also tried that K9 you have in your sig but did not have any luck. Kept saying invalid username and or password even after verifying it several times. Tried IMAP and POP, both enabled in Gmail but it never could login in so I uninstalled it, for now.
