Gmail not syncing

Is anyone having trouble receiving gmail today? My settings show syncing, but not completed since 8:28 am today.

All my emails seem to be up to date. Then again I don't give my gmail out too much unless it's important.

I added a new google account (the same one) and deleted one once everything synced. Don't know why but it worked.
