This is C O B A L T , a theme supporting several ROM's for The Galaxy Nexus (CNA, AOKP, GummyNex, RootzBoat, Liquid, Android Revolution HD)

This theme includes a themed Framework, SystemUI, Settings, Browser and RomControl. It will also include several mods depending on the ROM and version of the theme you are running.

Actually all the ROM's have been updated I just haven't had time to edit the OP yet.
