Go Locker Question

So I just got into Go Launcher, and I am really liking it. I have also installed some of Go Locker Themes, which are also great. But one thing I can't seem to get is how to turn off the sound straight from the lock screen. There is no toggle like there is for ICS or JB. And I don't think my volume buttons are working. Is there something I am missing?
