Hey all, I've been trying to figure this out, but I haven't been able to find a solution (maybe my problem is not common enough).
I don't know how many of you are familiar with the way Japanese mobile phones are set up, but each phone has a phone number and an associated customizable email address with it (I guess it's equivalent to xxx@vtext.com, etc).
Anyway, I'm in the US and I'm trying to send a text to an email address of a Japanese phone in Japan (it doesn't work sending to the phone number). I can send texts fine with the built in text messaging for the Bionic, but I wanted to try using GO SMS. When I try using GO SMS and send a text to Japan, the recipient gets it as an MMS I believe, as an attachment. When I use Handcent, it works normally and she can view it without any issues. What I want to understand is why GO SMS doesn't send the text as an SMS. I can't find anything in the settings that will help, or maybe I just don't know which settings to edit.
If anyone can help out, I'd appreciate it.
