Here is a tidbit of information. This is for the OTA 2.1 update.

If you do a factory reset using the "Settings/Privacy/Reset", the end result is Picasa syncs and Google Earth appears in the market.

It's a minor PITA but nice to have. I pulled my card just to be safe and then reloaded all my APPS.

interesting.. google earth was in the market when i first upgraded.... now its not...i dont get it....

Hmmm... this is really PITA... I guess I'll wait until there is a solution without doing the Factory Reset....
